Sales and Promotions
Applicable to all sales and promotions issued or advertised by OCP Medical Center:

• Pre-payment / purchase is required for all treatments.
• All treatment packages are valid for 12 months only.
• Treatment packages are not able to be split between more than one person or transferred to another service.
• Treatments/services and service packages are not transferable to other individuals.
• Offers are for a limited time only and are subject to availability.
• OCP Medical Center reserves the right to end a sale or amend pricing at any time without prior notification or advertisement.
• Promotions or offers may have other terms and conditions not listed here. Please review the specific terms and conditions for promotions or offers before proceeding with your service.
• All prices are exclusive of 5% VAT unless specified otherwise.

Refunds and Consent

OCP Medical Center invests heavily in continuous education, safety and the latest state-of-the-art equipment. We strive to deliver a world-class service every time you visit our clinic at competitive prices. We therefore apply a strict ‘no refunds’ policy for all our products and services. Unused sessions of a treatment package are also strictly non-refundable. Please keep proof of your agreement in the form of invoice or receipt.

Before you commence any treatment, you are requested to fill out and sign a medical consent form. You may at any time, request a free consultation and/or evaluation to discuss your concerns and treatment. Should you not undertake this, we assume you are fully aware about treatment, side effects, risks, pricing and follow-up care required for the treatment.

Appointments
We do try to keep to time. Please aim to arrive at the clinic five to ten minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for parking and checking in. If you are late, we may not be able to provide the full treatment that you are booked for because our treatments cannot be rushed, but you will still be charged for the full appointment. Whilst every attempt is made, we cannot guarantee the same technician for all your treatment appointments.

Cancellations
You can cancel or modify your appointment at any moment up to your scheduled appointment time. However, in case of a no-show for your scheduled appointment, we consider your appointment forfeited.
